Insurance Claims

We make glass claims easy.

Not sure where to start with an auto glass insurance claim? Call Goodies Glass first. We’ll gather the information we need, connect with your glass claim representative on a three-way call, and help get the claim started.

Who does what

Your part is short

You

  • Call us and tell us who you’re insured with
  • Have your policy number and date of loss ready
  • Be available for the three-way call

Goodies Glass

  • Gets your VIN and vehicle information
  • Connects you with the glass claim representative
  • Takes it from there on the glass-service side once the claim is assigned to us

The process

How an insurance claim works

01

Call Goodies Glass

Give us a call and tell us which insurance company you’re insured through.

02

We’ll get your vehicle information

We’ll ask for your vehicle’s VIN so we can identify the correct glass and vehicle information before the claim is started.

03

Have your claim information ready

Before we contact the glass claim representative, have these on hand:

  • Insurance policy number
  • Date of loss

Please also be available to speak with the glass claim representative.

04

We start a three-way call

We connect you and the glass claim representative on one call. You provide whatever information the representative needs, and we help guide the process along the way.

05

The claim is created

The glass claim representative processes the glass claim and can assign Goodies Glass as the shop for the job. Once that’s done, we move forward with the glass service according to the approved claim.

Before you call
